New Hires:
New Hires will not have access to the LMS during the cutover period.

Email data will be in flux during the cutover period. Consequently, employees may not receive automated reminder notifications. We, therefore, recommend that employees personally keep track of classes they have registered for and approaching compliance training deadlines.

Automated subscription reports and other reports will not be processed during the cutover period due to the LMS not having current employee data. Reporting will resume approximately two to four weeks after UCPath go-live after manual changes have been made to existing reports based on UCPath data changes.
